The Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning includes the following:
- Clean range/stove top
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean and shine exterior of other appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven
- Clean and scrub kitchen sink and wipe down all kitchen countertops and backsplash
- Dust and Wipe the exterior of both kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers
- Vacuum all carpet and rugs
- Sweep and mop all hard floors
- Full cleaning and scrubbing of toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs
- Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors
- Dust and wipe down all exposed surfaces and furniture
- Dust all baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
- Vacuum inside all kitchen and bathroom drawers and cabinets
- Vacuum and wipe down all pantry and closet shelves
- Vacuum and dust window landings and window sills
- Wipe and sanitize touchpoints such as stair rails and light switches
- Empty all wastebaskets and replace bags
