The Post Construction Residential Cleaning includes the following:
- Remove all dust and construction debris and bag it for removal
- Full cleaning and scrubbing of toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean exterior of other kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven
- Wipe down all kitchen cabinets
- Clean range/stove top
- Wipe down all surfaces and countertops
- Vacuum inside all kitchen and bathroom drawers and cabinets
- Vacuum and wipe down all pantry and closet shelves
- Vacuum carpets and/or sweep and mop floors
- Dust all baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
- Clean and dry all mirrors
- Wipe and sanitize touchpoints such as stair rails, doorknobs, and light switches
- Dust all walls and ventilation outlets
